Brief description of the structure:

The Directors of our Foundation are all Social Workers and entrepreneurs with decades of experience in women’s empowerment & entrepreneurship. Steered by the board and lead by our Founder Director Ms. Poongkothai Chandrahsan, we have a small but efficient team of staff of full time employees. Our plan is to work in collaboration with sectoral and government stakeholders, which is more sustainable in the long run.

Currently we have been allotted a total of over 100 Northern Provincial council government staff including Teachers from Education department, Women Development Officers from Ministry of Women Affairs, and Agricultural Instructors from Department of Agriculture. We will be training them as trainers and implementing our training in collaboration with these Government Ministries/ Department.

The Allotted Government staff will be paid a small stipend as stipulated by Northern Province Departments and Ministries and will provide our foundation with reports on their progress in administering our training as per our syllabuses and manuals. As a result we require only a small two person team to monitor them. Along with this we have one reporting writing and communications staff and a small finance team consisting of one Admin, Finance & HR full time staff, along with one part time chartered accountant & auditor.
